Thank you for shopping with KalmeerKou. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably across South Africa.


1. Delivery Options

We offer reliable nationwide delivery through trusted couriers:

  • The Courier Guy

  • PostNet to PostNet

  • RAM Couriers (on request)


2. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: R99 nationwide

  • R49 Shipping Fee on orders over R549

  • Free Shipping on orders over R799
  • PostNet to PostNet: R99 (select during checkout)


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days

  • PostNet: 2–4 business days

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. If you haven't received it, please contact us at orders@kalmeerkou.co.za.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within South Africa.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@kalmeerkou.co.za. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. KalmeerKou is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
